The Grand Dining Room is an imposing study, a tribute to the spirit of 5 stars european hotels' restaurants.
Every night exclusive specialties of Jacques and Red Ginger are served on board the Regatta, Insignia, Nautica and Sirena.
As variety is fundamental, menus change every day and include a brilliant selection of at leat 10 appetizers, soups, salads and 12 main dishes for dinner.
Besides, it is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No reservation needed.

Every dish is considered a clasic, particularly beef dishes, rated with "Prime" classification (the highest)from the US Agricultural Department and it has mature through 28 days to guarantee its tenderness and flavour.
The fish and seafood dishes are also clasics, as grilled swordfish or gratined Main lobster. Besides, the Ceasar Salad is prepared according to the tradition, next to the table.
